What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, the service you are asking about, your area and any message you add. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry, quote for the work, and carry it out if you go ahead. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet record-keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not become work are removed once they are no longer relevant.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our own email and stored by our website host. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Where a job needs a supplier, we share only what that job requires.

Website measurement

This site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors find and use it, including which pages are viewed and whether a call, WhatsApp message or enquiry was started. This is used in aggregate. You can block it with your browser or device settings.

Your rights under POPIA

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it
• Object to us using it for anything beyond your enquiry

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

If this notice changes, the updated version is published on this page.
